Pappajohn Sculpture Park has nothing to do with
Papa Johns Pizza.
John Pappajohn is a businessman from Mason City, Iowa.
He and his wife Mary contributed 29 art works from their
collection to the park.
The park is centrally located in Des Moines, Iowa.
It is a beautiful place to sit,
stroll and even picnic in downtown Des Moines.
The Pappajohn's have also donated millions of dollars
to many philanthropic causes. John Schattner is the
founder and ex CEO of Papa Johns Pizza,
corporate headquarters Louisville, Kentucky.
